Practicing yoga gives one joy, independence and freedom… you begin to know yourself intimately.
I am continually in awe of the steadiness that comes with a regular yoga practice. The steadfastness to flow with whatever life brings, and to witness those I have the pleasure of practicing with find their freedom.
My personal yoga adventure has continued for close to 30 years, and instructing experience for over 20 years. With Hatha yoga, Japanese Zen and Five Element exploration, and Chinese/European/Indian bloodlines, the practices feel aligned with my soul.
